Join us as we prepare for total Anarchy in the streets of our beloved York, PA courtesy of her Honorable Mayor C. Kim Bracey. The good mayor has declared that she will halt all governmental functions at 12:01 am January 1rst 2012 if city council does not pass her 20% tax increase. The better half of council has no intentions of giving in to C. Kim Bracey’s thuggery whether it comes from her “honorable” self, her administration, her patsy half of council, or her royal guards on loan from the York City Police Force and paid for by our tax dollars. Genevieve Ray, Carol Hill-Evans, and Renee Nelson; we at the York County Libertarian Party commend you on standing your ground for the people of York.

We Salute You

Mayor C. Kim Bracey; we at the York County Libertarian Party salute you for recognizing that the City of York will be better off in 2012 without you. It takes a lot of moral fortitude to recognize failure in one’s self and be willing to walk away with the grace you have demonstrated during these 12th hour budget sessions. Some would call you childish for taking the government and going home; wherever home happens to be for you now. We at the York LP, however, appreciate minimum government and look forward to this social experiment. Who knows; maybe you will prove us wrong and demonstrate that total Anarchy is the answer. We at the York LP don’t think so but the absence of burdensome tyrannical government cannot be worse than what we have had to live under in this city and maybe it will be for the better.

Party Like It’s 2012

Now, to all the citizens of York and our neighbors from the county, how do you intend to celebrate Mayor C. Kim Bracey’s gift of Anarchy? Shall we set up multiple hotdog stands in front of the courthouse? Maybe we can drag our old sofas onto our porches while we set off New Years Eve fireworks next to shot spotters and celebrate our freedoms with the substances of our choice? Please join us throughout York at 12:01 AM January 1rst 2012 and as we celebrate and remember: No Government = No Taxes. Until then please share Here how you intend to celebrate No government in York. Invite others. This event is open invite. Hell! At 12:01 am there are no rules! How often does an American City have no government?
